Guacamole Stuffed Eggs
(they will be the talk of the party)
Deviled eggs are yet another holiday favorite. Mayonnaise,
which is a staple ingredient for deviled eggs, instead I avocado instead.
That’s right, this recipe combines two fat- burning “super” foods in eggs and avocados.
Eggs are filled with protein, healthy fats, micronutrients (e.g., B vitamins, choline), minerals, and antioxidants (e.g., lutein, zeaxanthin).
We recommend opting for pasture-raised eggs whenever possible, as they are higher than conventional eggs in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants.
Avocados pack upwards of 20 essential nutrients—which are crucial to optimizing your health and stoking your fat-burning furnace—including fiber, vitamin K, folate, 15 vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, pantothenic acid, potassium, riboflavin, and niacin.
