Received some beautiful bamboo towels for our wedding. Unfortunately, this was a blip in our registry, and we received more than needed. We contacted Good Fibers to do an exchange, and 2 weeks later, we are still waiting. We have left several messages and sent two emails but have received ZERO responses. The few times they have answered the phone, they have been helpful; however, nothing has been resolved, and we are very frustrated with the lack of customer service. At this point, we feel like they might be screening our calls and not answering when our number shows up. Will not purchase anything from this site in the future.
