Total lack of response

Barbara, no doubt you have had some family issues, but there is really no excuse for not responding to phone or email regarding orders and returns. I suggest you get a friend to return those messages if you can not, no excuses after the fact. Not hard to do if you want to continue in business.

I would like to assure you that Good Fibers is an honorable company, a legitimate business with honest values. I apologize for any problems with getting your order out. We are working to resolve any problems and want to provide the best service possible but sometimes life happens and we have had to be away to take care of family. I apologize and am working to resolve any issues with orders. We have thousands of satisfied customers and want to take care of all.

I was looking for some dish towels, as a gift for my mother, for Christmas. I ordered early to beat the rush. I ordered on October 22nd and it is now November 15th and still no gift for Christmas. If I ran my store the way these people do I would be out of business. I have made 5 phone calls and get only voice mail, and one time the voice mail was full. I do not think I will ever receive the towels. I will see if I get my money back.

Great product, less than great customer service

Received some beautiful bamboo towels for our wedding. Unfortunately, this was a blip in our registry, and we received more than needed. We contacted Good Fibers to do an exchange, and 2 weeks later, we are still waiting. We have left several messages and sent two emails but have received ZERO responses. The few times they have answered the phone, they have been helpful; however, nothing has been resolved, and we are very frustrated with the lack of customer service. At this point, we feel like they might be screening our calls and not answering when our number shows up. Will not purchase anything from this site in the future.
