You Want to Buy Cookbook that is....

Your No-Hype Guide to Learning 'What I Should Eat!' & 'What is a 'Healthy' Diet?

I was very much surprise to hear people say they really don’t know how to eat healthy and make healthy meals.

I guess I thought it was common sense, but then I been doing it for years…and it is automatic for me. I do know, though, there are huge amount of choices out there and it is very difficult for some people.

But after reading The Healthy Urban Kitchen Cookbook I couldn't wait to get to my computer to write this review.

It was the best book on healthy weight loss cookbook that I've ever read and if you follow it, you will see results.

I bought this book a few months ago, because, as you know, I always want to improve on healthy and organic meals and finding new ways to help my visitors.

This book covers over 100 healthy, delicious, and nutritious recipes that will drastically improve your health, help you lose weight and prevent disease that makes converting to an organic lifestyle much easier.

In addition, the health benefits to you when transforming your life are priceless.

As written in my site, gluten-free and wheat-free is one of the best possible ways to get healthy and fit and this book can do it for YOU.

This book was written by a New York Personal Trainer, Antonio Valladares, he is also a Holistic Nutritionist, Massage Therapist, and Corrective Exercise Kinesiologist.

Antonio’s views on what makes up a healthy eating plan are very similar to some of my own thoughts on eating.

He has an assertive approach, opposes diary (except butter), caffeine, and processed foods, and encourages organic whole foods.

MUCH DIFFERENT FROM ANYTHING ELSE ON THE MARKET

MY REVIEW

This book is not a workout program. It’s a cookbook that gives Antonio’s reason and theory behind his thinking.

  • I agree with most of the stuff that Antonio has in here.
  • I love my organic coffee so you won’t see me getting rid of it
  • Oppose Dairy Products… yes it’s garbage for us.
  • I definitely agree on going gluten-free and wheat-free to really get the best results from your nutrition and fat loss. Any of my website pages will second that notion.
  • I also love how Antonio is NOT a fan of low fat food options. The more people that get this idea into their head the less we will have to worry about an obesity epidemic.

I would particularly recommend this book, if you have skin problems that never seem to go away, if you suffer from depression and if you have always had problems with your weight no matter what you have tried in the past.

In my personal opinion, if you follow what Antonio has to say, you will definitely see results in as little as a month. Especially, if you combine it with some exercise (simply walking 20 mins. a day).

Yes, it will challenge everything you already believe about nutrition but hopefully I’ve already started to do that with this website.

Yes, it will really get you results if nothing else has worked.

If nothing else has worked then you really do need to change your ideas about nutrition for weight loss.

I would never recommend anything to you that I do not feel comfortable putting my name to.

So, will 95% of things that I just mentioned would make you happy?

Yes, so long as you are not using excuse after excuse.
